  • Every 3 months for compliance, plus an annual third-party inspection.

  • A complete mechanical strip-down, inspection, and rebuild, roughly 5–7 days depending on findings.

  • Yes. We triage every call and prioritise critical operations first (ports, mills, production lines). 

  • Absolutely. We’re one of the few companies still maintaining older generation cranes, safely and in compliance.

  • Yes. We manage warranty replacements directly with suppliers and keep your crane operational in the meantime.

  • Yes. Our in-house fabrication workshop builds custom parts and assemblies where OEM spares aren’t available.
